Short-Term Rehabilitation Services

Memory Care Unit
We provide a dedicated nursing and ancillary staff specifically trained to assist residents who require memory care.
Ventilator Unit
We offer a 16-bed Ventilator Unit with state-of-the-art equipment to give our residents the highest quality of care.
Social Services
Social services provide essential information, manages requests and concerns, coordinates appointments, maintains contact between the facility, families and the residents, helps in care planning and discharge planning for each resident.
Activities Program
A positive and uplifting atmosphere is vital to the success of healing, recovery, and rehabilitation. Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center of Frederick employs outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities to fit the residents’ needs. Our activity program is centered around resident requested activities. We provide a monthly activity calendar to each resident to keep them informed of upcoming events. Friends and families are always welcome to visit and attend our special events.
